Who would have known that combining your favorite Nestle Coffee Mate creamer with alcohol would make an amazing libation? Well, not me.

You see, while walking through the aisles of my local Raley’s grocery store, I was pursing the shelves to get some inspiration for a new recipe. And while doing so, I wondered by the flavored coffee creamers — I always wanted to try one of these and decided to spruce up my morning coffee with a dab of Nestle’s Coffee Mate Salted Caramel Chocolate creamer.

I love caramel and chocolate so the idea of stirring this decadent creamer into my hot coffee made me go just about crazy. The next morning I tried it, and I was hooked.

The more I thought about the delicious flavor combination of creamy caramel and chocolate the more I imagined the things I could use it for.

Ah, ha…a festive cocktail would be incredible. I shuffled through my liquor cabinet and pulled out my Bailey’s Irish Creme and my favorite vodka.

As I shook up the concoction, I could barely wait until I poured it into my glass. I was delighted with the outcome. The cool, creamy, thick drink was to-dye-for! It’s definitely a sipping drink, one that’s maybe best served after dinner; cozying up with a loved one, or extreme bonding with a good friend! It’s sweet, however the vodka melds the flavors together into in amazing drink!
