EDIBLE CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIE DOUGH

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour
- 8 tbsp. cold grass-fed butter (I used Vital Farms Sea Salted)
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 oz. 85% dark chocolate, broken into chunks
Instructions
- Add the almond and tapioca flours, butter, honey and vanilla into a food processor and blend until completely smooth.
- Give a little taste, if needed you can add more honey or vanilla, a little at a time, until you get the flavor you like.
- Transfer the dough into a small bowl, add the chocolate chunks and gently stir.
- Serve room temperature and store in the refrigerator.
